actually I just noticed this today! My hands were super swollen. They are back to normal now though, so who knows.

It could be because it is cold and you may associate that with comfort foods? or eating activities.. holidays are usually cold so you eat more on cold days? It propably won't hurt you to grab some celery or fruit to snack :)

Oscar meyer deli turkey meat, a little mustard, tomato and a sandwich thin with cheese. So good and very low cal!

I'd also add Canned soda lol because that's helping me a lot, I cut out all soda. I drink water, tea and wine on weekends.

I agree with this poster, it seems to be bothering you which leads me to believe you know something is not right with your body, so please go see a doctor.

Always use the same scale you started weighing with so it is consistent. I weighed at home and then at the doctor with different weights. So now I only count what I weigh at home.

I'm doing between 1230 and 1300 depending on the day.

If you are craving something you can have it, just in moderation and not all of the time. If i'm absolutely craving something I have it, but a smaller portion than normal. Then I work out a little more to compensate for it!

that's a great accomplishment! I am like you as well. I've cut out alcohol, although I do allow a couple glasses on the weekend, i'm a social person and my friends are always out! I walk the treadmill all of the time, I can't wait to see the results you have had! Keep i tup!

I generally go with what the machine says, because sometimes MFP gives me double the actual calories i've burned on a treadmill, elyptical. I don't know if that helps.

I'd say your way is safer. when she slips up or stops dieting she will most likely gain back quicker.
