I weight myself after I go to the gym. I always weigh more when I first get up verses after I go to the gym. I drink atleast 24 oz. of water at the gym, so it's not due to water loss. I have always done this. And yes, it is usually at the same time every day.....and this is also after I have eaten a large breakfast.…

I have struggled with IBS for years. It comes and goes. One thing that I know for sure is...aerobic exercise helps stop the pain. I think moving around get the gases out of my stomach. Maybe you are running at a faster pace so it seems harder to do...but you are really pushing yourself more which makes it harder.

Why only eat half a pack? Anytime is a good time to eat them. I eat them every afternoon after my workout and shower for a snack after lunch. I eat a serving which if more than 100 calories.

That is why I weigh myself once a week...and go more on how my clothes fit me, since I don't measure either.

Syntha 6 is the best...and it mixes well with water....I use the vanilla ice cream flavor.........and you can use it pre work out or post work out.............can buy it online cheaper than the stores.........

No, mine is never crunchy......I bake it at 375 for 90 min covered with foil in a baking dish with a little bit of water......cut the squash in hal and place half side down........the last half hour remove the foil.....turn squash over.....I spray with no cal butter spray and bake for another 30 min or until tender

I would add sodium to your food plan. Salad dressings are loaded with it and so are alot of so called healthy foods. I think it is your sodium. Do you drink alot of water? Inches lost is better than lbs. lost any day. Stay at it........

Spread out on baking sheet and drizzle very little EVO over it, drizzle very little balsamic vinegar over it, sprinkle with garlic powder, and spray with butter spray. Bake in oven at 425 for about 12 to 15 min. Toss and then eat.

My BMR is 1,311 and my goals are set at 1,200 also.....even when I put in I only want ot lose 1 1/2 lbs..it stays at 1,200

Always weigh yourself on the same scale.....don't use 3 scales.......whatever that scale says is your starting weight and go from there. No two scales are going to weigh you the same.......
