I only tried roasted chickpeas yesterday...this sounds amazing....do you literally just mix the cocoa powder with the chickpeas and roast in oven for 30 mins? xx

I have a notebook where I write down my feelings for the day, any exercise I've done, then all my meals & snacks (good or bad) and any drinks I've had. That way I can look back on the weeks / months and see what caused the highs and what caused the lows. Anything is good if it helps you! Not everyone is the same.:smile:…

Thanks everyone. I have just been on a good walk around the field at work, about 1.7 miles in 30 mins. I have eaten well this week and exercised, but just feel heavy this week.

0% greek yoghurt and add a little honey and some granola with dried fruit in it. LUSH!

I put mine in a tinfoil boat and squeeze lemon juice all over it and then crack some black pepper over it. Cover over the tinfoil and put in the oven for 25 mins.

I've only just found the world of Quesadillas! They are lush and you can literally put anything you like into them! I will definitely be trying this recipe! Thanks for sharing.

Legs are feeling a little easier today, still hurts, but not as bad as yesterday. Thank you all so much for all your help. Its so nice to know there are other people out there feeling my pain! xx

I have porridge most mornings, with either banana or strawberries cut up into it. I eat that about 7.30am and I find that fills me up for the morning. I have an apple about 11am, but could quite easily go until Noon before needing to eat again.
