Thanks for the replies. BMR - 1430 TDEE - based on fitbit cals 2192 15% cut would be 1863 I do New Rules of Lifting for Women 2 or 3 times a week. Kickboxing 1 day a week and Spin 1 day a week. Now that the weather is nicer instead of spin I'll do an hour or so of raquetball with my husband. Thanks!

I feel your pain! I've been eating more up to my BMR since February and I haven't lost a darn thing. I keep bouncing between 155-160! I just took my measurements last week so I'm going to have to give that some time but seriously! What gives?! I can't seem to get these last 10lbs off. I'm not sure what to do anymore :(

I eat my exercise calories back so I net 1560. My BMR is 1501 so I try to eat at least that much everyday. If I didn't eat back exercise cals I'd be starving. So not sure what to do anymore. I have a HRM that I wear whenever I exercise so I don't think I'm overestimating unless the HRM is wrong. :-/
