I am starting back on keto after being off for a while.Since I'm starting out again,I want to keep my goal simple. Keep under 30 net carbs everyday. Ideally I want to be under 20 but I think this is a good starting goal.

You make sure to bring a salad to family events so you know there will be one thing you could eat. Today at brunch my uncle made me two eggs and that's pretty much all I could have otherwise my salad and some cut up veggies.

Love the idea! My goal was going to be doing 40 days at a time. I have vacation beginning of November that am try and stay on track as close can but will cheat little bit. This weekend has been pretty hard with Thanksgiving. I'll do my Cw tommorrow. Thanks for posting this thread!.

I do the exact same thing. Lose 10lbs then gain then get off the wagon. I hear ya about wokring lots-i work two jobs, on fridays i usually put in 16 plus hours. Whats really hard as well is on the weekends at my 2nd job is that it is a pub--so tons of food and booze around.

I am starting keto today. I have done very similar thibgs before.the reason why i chose to do this is because i have seen my mom lose 100lb, grandma lose 50lbs, and my sister 25lbs. Now they were doing ideal protien and i dont have money for that so im doing the same diet but without the fancy food lol

I run x 3 a week in the evenings and then also walk/run during my lunch as well. When i go to the gym I dont do much cardio since i do my running.
