Hi Have you tried drinking water after your breakfast I get similar noise but its because of dehydration.:smile:

Why not try doing your exercise on a night when your hubby is eating biscuits then you have something to distract you. :smile:

Hi I have mine selected to lose 2lb a week and up to now that it what I have been losing :happy: I dont always eat my exercised calories back as I cant possibly eat that much in a day unless I eat rubbish. Good luck in your journey. :smile:

I feel exactley the same I sometimes guilt myself into going to the gym because I feel like my legs feel huge, im finding that im looking at the calories on everything and thinking oh I can't have that if im not going to the gym but it won't even be that high im getting a bit obsessed I think. :)

Step away from the popcorn!! If you can see a change in your body then what does it matter what the scales say, try weighing again in the morning the scales might be just having a off day. : ) Good luck.

Haha I do the same when im on the cross trainer it has to be a round number before il stop. :)

I buy the weight watchers cheese but the block I think it is £1.98 from ASDA.

Thank you to those who have posted so far. Power Plates - are they the vibrating machines that you stand on?? Yes they are my friend uses them and she has toned really well she has been going on every day for a month theydo work. Good luck x
