and I lost 5.5lbs........chuffed to blooming bits!!!!!!

Best thing i've ever done this, so easy to do.......even loooooving exercising too!!!!!

    even more amazing considering how little you have to lose - usually the less you have to lose the slower it comes off

    I've actually got 2st to lose but my first goal is a stone off for my sisters birthday in mid june........but have totally stuck to this, and like i say, don't even think i'm on a diet, LOL.

    I've done 2 hrs cycling altogether this week, and enjoyed it, rather than felt "i'm having to do this to lose weight!!!!"

    But i also know the hard work starts now...........:happy:
