They are quite yummy! :) What I do to give myself a treat is go to starbucks, ask for caramel sugar free syrup in iced coffee... it's delicious!!!! And low-fat! :)

Burrito bowl? They are yummy (same as burrito but w/o the tortilla)..... get it with peppers and onions. Watch out for sodium - the rice is a killer!

I don't plan on "packing" it in.... I read that it doesn't equal out correctly if you weigh it... something about volume and IDK.... too much math for me! :)

The Special K Protein Shakes are yummy - specifically the Milk Chocolate Flavor... but I don't think they are substantial enough to have as a meal replacement. I usually drink them after my workout if I know I won't be able to go home and eat a yogurt or peanut butter or something.

I bought the milk chocolate ones... not really as a meal replacement... I just need more protein in my diet and I figured it'd be a good alternative! :) What is the best protein powder out there? I don't want to get bulky, I just need more protein! :)

I'm confident that I will never go back to the way I was.... I'm just worried that eating too much in one sitting will make me gain weight, which deep down, I know won't happen... I'm just slightly OCD about it! And thank you for your kind words!

Not quite sure it's "samples".... We're going for the brunch, which will be similar to the food being offered at my reception... it'll be full-size entrees....

Bring your lunch! All you need is an insulated lunch bag and an ice pack! If you do this, you'll be able to bring yogurt, salad, a sandwich... anything!!! Eating a healthy lunch is important, plus by bringing a lunch, you'll be saving money!

Good for you for not giving in! Any time I feel tempted, I ask myself "Is it worth all the calories, to eat this?"... "Will a 3 minute cookie feast be worth it?".... :)
