My wife and I have my sons, near 3 and 1 years, and tonight my niece and nephew are over for the night (near 5 and 3). We baked cookies and the kids had Ice Cream cookie sandwiches. I'm proud to say that I have been true to my changes in lifestyle and diet so far, but damn you ice cream sandwiches, damn you to hell.

    Good for you for not giving in! Any time I feel tempted, I ask myself "Is it worth all the calories, to eat this?"... "Will a 3 minute cookie feast be worth it?".... :)
