Dress size is in no way an accurate portrayal of health. Also, while a size 10-12 might be around average, could still be very well into the "overweight" category depending on height. It's all relative and makes no difference. We can't cram every woman into a single category no matter the qualifiers.

Holy Hell! That's my gym in that video lol

A good sports bra, and weight lifting.

After. Being fresh for weights is important. Then, use whatever is left in the tank to go HAM on some cardio.

You're so gorgeous! You were before too, but looking slim and trim lady! Nice work!
-
You have a 22" waist? That's incredibly rare unless you do something like corset training.
-
I work really GD hard. One of the perks of that hard work is wearing booty shorts/leggings, with no shame. So here's my thought process: "These leggings are clean. My butt looks awesome." That's pretty much the end of that.
-
Wow! You look fantastic!

Are the benches stationary? We move ours around all the time to accommodate.

Eggs and cottage cheese are 2 things I don't see mentioned above. Those 2 are staples in my diet.

This just seems like a good place to post these booty pants. Made for athletic donk. Felt like this thread needed more booty.

It's really easy, realllllllly painfully easy to underestimate how many calories you're eating. I would take a second look at your measurement accuracy and go from there. A food scale is a great tool, if you're not already using one.

Delts. All the delts.

This was basically me for a couple years. I only trained legs. I looked fine (subjectively) but had zero functional upper body strength and skinny twig arms. Still working really hard to balance that mistake out.

Man, 6 months isn't nearly enough time. I'm not saying you won't make incredible progress if you work really hard but the timeline you have set is unrealistic. I'm toying with the idea of my first show at the end of 2015, and that will be nearly 2 years of bulk/cut and then dieting down. It's super tough. Maybe you're…

Stop making timeline goals! Just do your best!

I fully admit to not reading these responses, but clearly these people haven't figured out how to cook the food they "should" be eating properly. I have to eat more protein than I would prefer but a properly prepared, juicy chicken breast beats the pants off of something sad and overcooked every time.

Reach my bodyfat goal. Take a vacation.

GIRL!! You're an inspiration. So strong, so beautiful inside and out!! Happy and proud to have gotten to know you a little bit through this site. Rock on!

Waxing solves all of the problems. No shaving, no stubble. Bare to fuzz and repeat.

My pantry is stocked with a bunch of no frills basic stuff. Not out of any sort of clean vs processed thinking, but because it's a simple way to save money and control sodium. Goes something like this: No salt added canned tomatoes Brown rice dried black beans dried chickpeas dehydrated fruit (I love it in my oatmeal) Oats…

Mine goes like this: go for run, eat all the things, nap, eat more things, drink all the things, sleep.

If anything it's a solid way to get out of your contract. :sunglasses:

I go to one of these. It's my happy place. Really OP, if you can afford it find an old school power lifting gym. I suspect you will be happier there. They tend to be inexpensive as well. I paid a couple hundred bucks for the year, and live in Los Angeles where everything usually costs a body part or two.

This might be a little cheesy, but through practicing meditative yoga for a few years I developed a phrase that I repeat to guide my thoughts. It goes "Grace and courage in all things" If I were a tattoo person I would put this on my body.

I like the under armor seamless boyshort "cheekies". They are awesome.

Meh, I find the quality at Lucy to be better, especially the pants.

This one is good, I don't bother with the casing. http://thehealthyfoodie.com/home-made-italian-sausage/

:sunglasses: Thanks! Exactly the reaction I hope for when I train legs every week
