Yes I love Turbo Jam I have been doing it faithfully six days a week for two months two weeks. It is an excellent work out and I am satisfied with the results of my upper body . Which is toning up yeah. According to your hrm results I have to say my calories burned are comparable.

I like to mix 1 tsp of virgin olive oil with the drained tuna and add sliced olives, red onion, smoked pepper, tomato slice,and top with a slice of low fat Swiss cheese on a slice of multi-grain muffin. Then broil until cheese is melted. Delicious

Hi Ok according to the Dr's tv show it's ok to have fruit because those sugars have good things for you like fiber. The other sugars found in unhealthy foods are the ones to watch out for. As long as you have the right portion size its ok.

I too love my sugar especially in the afternoon or evenings. What has helped me is by increasing my fiber intake. This keeps me satisfied and not hungry. But I reward myself once in a while with small portions that fit in my daily intake so that I dont binge. Exercise makes a difference too.

Yes I do. I weigh in on Fridays to post my weekly weight measurement. During the week I just check to see how I am doing. So I get on the scale first thing when I wake up.

I spray olive oil on tilipia and then season it with powdered garlic smoked pepper and put a tsp of minced christopoher ranch garlic. Then I finish it with a squeeze of lemon. On the side I slice red onions and bake it. Its good because the onions taste sweet and compliments the fish. Mrs Dash seasonings are also good.
