    Ingredients
    1 1/4 cups fresh lime juice
    1 cup Cointreau orange liqueur
    1 cup Cabo Wabo Tequila
    3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    3 cups ice cubes

    Directions
    Combine the lime juice, triple sec, tequila, lemon juice, and 2 cups ice in a blender; blend until smooth.

    By the third or fourth smoothie, you will feel so slim that you'll be up on a table showing everyone.

    I usually make enough smoothie to last me 2-3 days (~16oz per day). I normally buy frozen fruit, but the berries were on sale so I bought fresh.

    Here is what I put in when I made it yesterday:

    1 cup pineapple + juice
    1 pint blackberries
    2 pints strawberries, whole (I remove the leaves although it's not necessary)
    1 banana
    3 tbsp vanilla yogurt
    a splash of milk
    3 tbsp whey protein isolate per serving

    It mostly tasted like blackberries and banana though. Also, there was so much fruit that it was almost too thick, but my blender was packed and I had no room. I will add some orange juice to thin it out a little bit tomorrow.

    1 frozen banana
    1 T cocao powder
    1/2 t vanilla extract
    1 T agave

    Add more or less almond milk...great for dessert.

    as many strawberries and ice as you want, one banana, splash of OJ/grape juice (add some yogurt if you want). Add in watermelon if you want too!
