Hello
I am just wondering what everyone has their hrm set at for intensity level. I have mine at 133 low and 144 high limit. I am female and 40 at 133 lbs.

I just need age and resting HR and I will give your your optimal cardio zone levels!! So I have your age, now just give me your RHR.0

Thanks for replying. I believe my resting heart rate is about 84 when I turn it on.0

Your zones between 50% and 85% are 150-185. So those are the actual zones your HR should be set to. I lowered your RHR a little because your true RHR is best tested as soon as you wake up. You hardly move-just move your hand to your pulse and count it for a minute-or put your monitor on as soon as you wake up!! But that is a general guildline to where your HRM should be set.0
