I DO track mine. At first i created it as "sexy time" then realised it showed in my timeline and changed it to walking lol. 20 minutes of sex for someone my height / weight burns about 93 kcal. i aim for between 1-3 times per day, its a fun way to bump up your calorie allowance (pardon the pun) and keeps my fella happy :)

Hey iambertj im also confused with this and need help if anyone reading this knows, please share :). Ive just checked my BMR which says my body is using 1345 kcal per day just resting, yet my target kcal per day is only 1200, surely this is just going to put your body in starvation mode?

I havent actually been diagnosed with PCOS but im convinced i have it I have more symptons than my sister has and she has been diagnosed, i went for a US scan but they didnt see any cysts but i suffer with extremely irregular periods, weight problems and some of the more embarrassing problems like hair... my goal is 1lb per week but over the last 9 weeks i've only lost 4.5lb which is less than 1/2lb per week. :( at least its coming off and not going on. no matter how slowly i guess, its going in the right direction

Thanks to all !!! there does seem to be quite a debate as to whether you should eat back your exercise calories, alot of mixed reviews. seeing as though i seem to be sticking a bit now eating 1200, i may as well try and eat more, and pray to god i dont put weight on lol worth a try i'll keep ya's posted :)
