Bah I'm falling behind. My surgery was supposed to be this Thursday - but I'm on Week #2 of a cold - which is why I haven't been running and the surgery has been postponed to a date TBD :( No worries, though. It's not giving me any pain whatsoever, so I'm seriously considering not having it anyways.

me too! but on the side (during the day) I'm a paralegal. At night I clean and cook and run errands and drive kids around to baseball practices, etc. etc.

I completed the Tinkerbell Half Marathon at Disneyland on January 29th. Time: 2:40. It was the most fun I've had in a long time. I can't wait to do another one!

Thanks Alexa, I'm SO excited!! I'll be sure to take lots of pics and post a good review. 1/25: 3 miles. 1/26: 2 miles No more running until Sunday. I'm tapering for my race this weekend - which is harder than I thought it would be. I wanna keep running!! but I know I can't tire myself out.

I'm running a Half Marathon next Sunday and will not be limiting calorie intake.

There's a difference if you're just limiting the carbs you're having or if you're restricting carbs to be in ketosis (as other's have posted) you generally have to avoid fruits. You can enjoy berries: the darker the better. :)
