SW - 231.8 lbs (Sunday Jan 1) ---Yuck, I gained 10 pounds during the holidays!
Week 1 - 224.3 lbs (Sunday Jan 8 ) --Water and holiday weight loss. On my way to getting back on track!
Week 2 - 222.9 lbs (Sunday Jan 15) --Another 2.9 pounds left to lose to be at my pre-holiday weight.
Week 3 - 219.7 lbs (Sunday Jan 22)-- yay! I lost the weight I gained during the holidays! I am back on track!:bigsmile:

Well was supposed to be under 150 by last week... and now have to re-lose what I lost. I suspect it is mostly water but bummer none the less... not sure how I will lose ten in this month. I am just hoping to get below 150!!! sigh.....0 -

I'm down 1.3lbs this week, not great but I've done 3 weight training sessions this week along with cardio so not too bad. I'm gonna try and give myself a push for the end of the month to at least get a total of 8lbs off.
