When you're running at 5, try doing it for as long as you can and then lower it to 3 or 4 & walk it out & when you feel up to it again, go back up to 5 & repeat. I've done them and have had really good success with them. The one I use is really gentle and you're not running to the bathroom like you do when you've had an enema or something like that. I used Dr Natura's colonix powder. Only side effect was I felt a lot better after having used it.

Your body burns calories all day long - even while you're sleeping. Try wearing/starting your HRM when you workout so you'll know how many cals. you burn during an actual workout. I stop mine after my heart rate goes back down to its original starting number.

I like it. You get a really good burn in a short amount of time. It's VERY intense, but again, you burn a lot in a short amount of time. What works for me is I read my Bible and/or pray. For me, prayer (or simply put "talking to God") & being in God's presence calms me down & relaxes me & give me a peace & a calm like nothing else.

It could depend on what all you're eating as well....check that too.

Try lowering your basic cals that you eat ( maybe to @ 1200) & check in a week & see if that changes anything

If you're nursing then that's reason enough right there that you should be eating more (or at least) your 1200 per day. I imagine that you're more tired than anything & would rather sleep than eat, but you have to make sure you're eating enough - for you & your baby's sake. Take Care.:flowerforyou:
