I've been wanting to try Insanity for a while now, but I just can't afford it... Today, I found Insanity Fast and Furious on amazon and it's easily attainable.

So, do any of you do this video? How do you like it? Is it worth the 20 dollars? I'm very picky about my workout videos but it's gotten great reviews and so I wanted to get your opinions. Thanks. :)

    I like it. You get a really good burn in a short amount of time. It's VERY intense, but again, you burn a lot in a short amount of time. Some of the downsides (for me) is that he talks too much (for my taste anyway...:laugh:) & at one point in partcular you can clearly see that he's cheating (not stopping & catching his breath, but cheating! :huh: ). Other than that, I like it. :smile:
