If after you've tried everything else & you still have loose skin I've heard that cavi lipo is good for tightening skin. You should google it & see it that could be an option for you.

Hah! You sound like me! I know there's gonna be lots of yummy goodness tomorrow, so I'm prepping today AND tomorrow. Keeping my carbs as low as possible & bulking up on protein seems to help, as it makes you go more often, thus eliminating the water weight.

Also not entirely sure but know you should have some carbs in there as well so you'll have the energy to finish the class...maybe something like oatmeal that's low in sugar so you won't be defeating the purpose.

Interesting....I was curious because I saw on another post where someone suggested that they should change theirs to active based on how often & how hard they were working out so I wasn't sure if that was something to be considered.
