I started with walking 3 miles every day. I cut out night snacking and dropped my calories to 1200 to 1500 a day. I added an exercise video during the day while my kids take their naps on top of the walking. I love the biggest loser videos, Jillian 30 day Shred and her quick fix kickboxing. As I started getting healthier I started to jog and walk and I have just been adding heavier weights with my videos and stretching my workout time a little bit at a time/distance. I still treat myself from time to time with a DQ blizzard or piece of cake, and have stumbled a couple times. But I haven't let myself fall, I pick me back up and keep on trucking forward. I am like you I have never been able to run< I am also a lot older than you but my dream is to run when my weight finally goes. You have done a great job and you look so lovely. Congrats and I hope you make your final goal soon.0
