I log and I work out. I was logging before I joined this site. Still worked out, too. A year later, still losing. Slow and steady.

Workout while you study or cook food. Instead of standing over the food or waiting, jog in place. Do a few situps, crunches, lift random heavy items around your kitchen. Just keep moving more.
