I've figured out how I can eat as much Ben and Jerry's ice cream i want without having to worry about the calories! If a serving is less than 5 calories, the USDA allows it to be zero calories per serving (a la the zero calorie oil sprays). The Ben and Jerry's nutrition label will now read as such:

Serving Size: 1/3 teaspoon (1 gram)
Servings per container: 280
Calories: 0
Calories from fat: 0
Total Fat: 0
Sat Fat: 0
Trans Fat: 0
Cholesterol: 0 mg
Sodium: 0 mg
Total Carbs: 0 g
Dietary Fiber: 0 g
Sugars: 0 g
Protein: 0 g

Seems like a lot of math involved. So if I eat 1/3 teaspoon at a time, it'll equal 0 calories?

Awesome. I'm going to space out 1/3 tsp throughout the entire day and do it 280 times. NO CALORIES!! WIN!

At least it's a gram. I was worried we might have to go to milligrams.

WRONG!!! You expend energy by swallowing the ice cream, so it's not zero calorie, it's negative calorie!!!
