You can do it! This is a great program. Just take baby steps. I started out doing 10 min at a time on the Wii and just logging everything I ate. Now 4 months later I am up to walking more and more each time and losing weight! It is slow but it is sure! Feel free to add me for support! I know you can do this!

figured out that crunches are found in strength training and you don't get calories for them anyways. Thank you for the answers though!

Ok I am looking at getting a Solo 925. Hopefully it helps me be more accurate with how many calories I am burning. If you are listed as sedentary do you track every bit of movement you do? Like when cleaning house or grocery shopping?

I use Wii Fit Plus, Wii Active and am going to start using Wii sports! I love it and it is more activity than I have ever done. Another good thing is that it is working!

My daughter does the zumba on either the wii or xbox (I am not sure) but she loves it! Once I am able to keep up with the wii active plus and it is not a challenge for me anymore, I will probobly move over to doing either zumba or wii active.

This was a Lebanese restaraunt. So I am not sure how to figure it out. I will do my best to guestimate. I know I didn't over eat, I took my time and only ate 1/3 of what they gave me as far as the meal so over all I feel I did ok. Just don't like not being able to track it.
