Speak to a doctor. Self-diagnosed "gluten intolerance" is not the answer.

    This.

Who knows if it's really the gluten that causes you problems. You need to have some tests done to treat accurately your condition.

There is no need to eliminate gluten unless you have been diagnosed with celiac's disease. If wheat does give you stomach distress, which can happen w/o being a celiac, (I have been down this road), read labels. There are gluten free products, but they tend to be expensive and some not too tasty. It is best just to go with protein, fresh fruit and veg and just skip things with wheat in them all together.

"Stomach issues" can be related to other things besides a Gluten allergy. Before going Gluten free I would suggest that you go to your Doctor and get tested first. I have Celiacs Disease and have to be on a Guten free diet. I would never recommend that anyone go Gluten Free unless they really had to.
