there's always at least one hater. I wonder if they would like me going into all their deficit posts and telling them they are doing it wrong. I've had more energy since i became Keto Adapted than i've had in years. My joint pain is almost completely gone. That is enough for me. So...its going great...Oh...and no drama!

thanks! I have been going to the gym for a couple weeks now and using machines for weight training and doing cardio. I love lifting but hate cardio. I'll be doing workout A tonight.

you subtract fiber grams from the carb grams and that is your Net Carb Count. If you have 50 carbs and eat 10 grams of fiber, your net carb count for the day is 40.

ive seen some recipes for sweet roasted almonds on pinterest. like the ones you get at the fair and such? dont know why i can't think of what they are called. lol i think you would have to use art. sweetner tho.

THANK YOU. Best response to this entire thread. From someone with experience not just an "opinion". Either way its a choice, and it's hard. everyone has the right to choose how they are going to make a change. Either way is still better that doing nothing.

i just upped my protien in my goals to 25%. I was doing 5/85/10...but just not getting enough protien.

But what IS your fat percentage goal? Mine is 80% and usually hit around 72-75% without trying--already using butter on everything and using Coconut oil etc, so I do kind of need something to push it over the edge.

I would agree with this. There's no way I could go without my meds. Just making it through work and remembering to breathe would be too hard. This is a Medical Condition. It may get better with losing weight and exercising, but I would at least want to try something holistic and see a therapist if I was trying to do it…

Yes it counts. diet sodas dont count due to the caffeine which acts as a dieuretic. Some people have problems tho with the artificial sweeteners causing cravings.
