Try plantain a different type of banana that is savory- generally you fry. Not sweet and just as many carbs but not as many are sugar. Not the easiest fruit to find!

Morrocan Lentil Soup https://spoonwithme.com/2011/01/30/moroccan-lentil-soup/ I've made this soup- cheap, nutrition. I got 10 serves from this recipe ie about 11/2~2 per cups plate. Good for fibre, protein, iron and tasty! Lentils cook very quick also. Nutrition Facts Servings 10.0 Amount Per Serving kilojoules 870 I think…

I've tried- full fat milk (best in coffee), 2% milk (ok for most thinks), skim milk (like dish water) ,almond and soy milk. Have also made almond milk and walnut milk- MUCH better than bought but a hassle more so with almond as you have to soak the nuts overnight and too popular (had to keep make it too often). So I've…

Smoke salmon- A bit left of field I know to bacon, but has heaps of flavor, a bit salty, don't need to cook it, last ages refrigerated also. A lot better for you too.
-
Mix in a little some oatbran- higher in protein and just about everything else. Snacks- a really good apple, humus and celery maybe.
-
Go for a greener banana- less sugar content.
-
If you can control the eating of them under any duress OK. Maybe move to higher quality ingredients if possible such as darker chocolate with higher cocoa content, reduce sugar (try 2/3 to 1/2 or so) and introduce wholemeal flour say 50% or introduce oat bran or almond meal.

I was making regular fat deposits for a decade- no interest and no fees but hard to transfer. Downside can only draw down the deposit at slow rate!

Home made fruit sorbet from berries or mango with Greek yogurt and slivered armonds
-
My favoite replacement ricotta, humus, avocado or nothing all probably better for you than butter. Occasionally I will have butter.
-
Quinoa is a good idea. Is the whey in liquid form from making yogurt or cheese that you make.
-
I've change from oat MEAL to oat BRAN as the protein is 50% higher. Much higher in fibre and more nutritious- B vitamins etc. No more calories and and more hygroscopic - more filling. I soak overnight with some sultanas for a creamer texture. I add a banana and microwave to make porridge.

IF you exercising on an almost daily basis already- then maybe Ok just for heck of it. IF you are largely sedentary with only occasional exercise- Definitely NOT 38 years or 13870 days to get where you are NOW- Not a good idea to "fix" in 21 days. 21 DAY FIX is not a lifestyle you can maintain no matter how tempting it…

Wow -no wonder you have such a big smile. I think going to the top of your BMI to start with seems like a good ideal as a rough guide. I suggest that break it into 2 ie 10lbs targets to get to 25 BMI. Better not to rush as you don't want to lose muscle. Your shape (hip to waist ratio) is more important than final weight.…

Don't assume it was torture for Miss Tracy!

As a natural alternative could try rice bran cereal. 50 grams for your recommended daily allowance ie 390mg.
-
For breakfast I have oat bran (better than oatmeal) cheap and reasonable source of many nutrients including protein also cheap. High in fibre etc could complement a low fibre diet to help your digestive system. Quinoa poridge also but more expensive. Best to soak at least overnight.

I do HIIT on a stationary bike a few times a week fot about 10 minutes max. HIIT or Tabata is more time efficient than longer session but I believe maybe not every day say 48 hours between sessions. I use a Polar HRM to check I'm in the zone. I use a Tabata app on my phone by Digital Rivers works well. Increases your…
