Wow great job!

Yes I still have moments when I don't recognize my reflection. It does get better, but it takes time to get used to the new you. :)
-
Right, or get a heart rate monitor and put in your personal calorie burn.

Whenever I talk about my goals I hear people say things like "Why? You look great!" or "You're going to get too skinny". The first comment is intended to be nice but it kind of irritates me anyway. I'm still a sz 14 people, while I'm happy to be at this size and not a 20/22, it's not my goal size.

I tell myself "this food isn't your friend and it's not going to fix the problem". Then I go and work out!
-
Hehhe! You look super young! @Kent, I'm actually 35. :)

I've been doing zumba for almost two years. I went from a tight size 18/20 to a comfortable size 14. I stopped weighing a long time ago so I haven't updated that for awhile.
-
It's just the regular Wii. The game is Zumba 2. I want to get the core game too.

June 14th :)

I go to live classes about 3 times a week and I do it on the Wii sometimes.
-
I'm 5'3 and 1200 is too low for me. I do a lot of zumba 3-4 times a week so I aim for 1500-1600.

I'm the same way! I try to eat healthier, but don't always succeed. I don't beat myself up over it.

Rarely. I weight myself when I go to the dr office. I was an obsessive weigher so my best friend took my scale away from me...lol. I have done much better just going by my clothing sizes.
-
You can add me if you like!
-
It varies for me depending on which teacher I'm dancing with, lol! I use my heart rate monitor. I do burn less now that I've been doing it for a year and a half.

I'm a slow loser and have been since March of 2011. For me, I had to get rid of my scale and focus on my eating and exercising. I go by the fit of my clothing rather than a number on the scale that fluctuates all day. I also remind myself daily that it's about changing food and exercise habits.

I lost about 75 lbs on it a few years back, then I got pregnant..lol. Good luck to you! It is not a no carb diet. You just slowly introduce them back into your diet and see what your body responds best to as far as carb level goes. I did great with lots of protein, veggies, some fruits, and nuts, but your milage may vary.…

Just think of it as liquid awesome!! I sweat a lot too when I workout, which is an improvement over when I used to sweat because there was just too much weight on me.
