so do you feel you can't wrong with a round bun or is it always wrong?

Clearly somebody is buying his music otherwise I can't imagine why he would even be relevant.

Computers. Long answer: Project Manager / Consultant deploying a VoIP based Communication system. Based in Chicago but travel all over US. Pretty sweet gig.

Very well, where do I begin? 1) My father was a relentlessly self-improving boulangerie owner from Belgium with low grade narcolepsy and a penchant for buggery. 2) My mother was a fifteen year old French prostitute named Chloe with webbed feet. 3) My father would womanize, he would drink, he would make outrageous claims…

Definitely lakefront/millennium park/grant park area. I think there is a hard rock just north of there. You can pretty much run all the way down to the museum campus which is pretty cool.

I don't do the mud running thing but in the old days when I played football and paintball, we played in the mud all the time. I remember how much more work I had to do to lift my legs up because of the weight of the mud and suction of it as well. Maybe add some kind of strength and stretching routines that help improve…

Besides carbs, fat, protein, I track sugar and sodium...it was a real eye-opener to see the difference in salt from food I buy at restaurants vs what I make at home.

"I'm OBESE!" because I'm currently morbidly obese according to the bmi scale. 1lb to go.

Yes and no...I have a great deal of flexibility to work from home 2 to 3 days a week, so indirectly speaking, my job allows me to prepare food at home which is a huge help. Also, on those days, since I don't have a 25 - 35 min commute, I sort of gain and hour or so that I can use to go to the gym or do something active…

Because I was busy in the holiday season, I've gone a couple months now without exercising and am still losing weight (albeit a little slower). One thing to keep in mind, I seem to notice on threads about loose skin after dramatic weight loss...it seemed people who exercised and lost weight don't have as much issue with it…

ha...funny post. I lied about my weight at 16...I was 220 and told the lady to put 200. I had every intention of losing the weight, but of course never did. Since I don't want to deal with the bureaucracy involved with changing it, I never have and its now officially 97 lbs off. I doubt I'll ever change it because of said…

I weigh daily too. It's not just a reminder of what I'm trying to accomplish, it gives me feedback in one area I was not expecting. I've noticed a pretty strong pattern that my weight goes up quickly when I drink less water. I try to hit 8-10 cups a day minimum. On days when I drink less I notice that my weight goes up and…

sounds to me like you are missing a couple of links! open box sales are great for appliances but not for grocery shopping!

The only time I did a 5K was about 7 years ago and I was probably about 235-240 lbs. I seem to recall finishing in 41 minutes.

Love that pork! Had some carnitas tacos with corn tortillas today.

Wow! Is that really you?! These before and afters always blow me away. I can't wait to post mine when I get to my goal (or even if the change is pretty obvious).

I only started a couple of months ago, but I already know I'm doing this for the rest of my life. It works so well and I find the tracking to be pretty easy esp with a smartphone...

You might have just lost a lot of water initially. Most people seem to lose a lot initially especially if they didn't drink enough water to begin with and drink a lot more. I think you should give the calorie count thing more of a try before you resort to taking pills. There are a lot of folks on MFP that followed most of…

Went straight the link. Great job! Can't wait to see the progress when you reach your goal!

I see you are trying to gain weight instead of losing like most folks on MFP. Have you consulted with a doctor? If so, what did they say? I think the other folks who use MFP to gain weight need to chime in here. I have to believe 600 cals a day is not something a doctor or dietitian would have suggested.

You are the second person today to mention the yogurt/sour cream substitution. I'm going to have to try this!

Resentful is probably a stronger word than I was...maybe slightly bothered...but I realized three things. First, there are things I can do that they can't. All this means is everyone is different and we all can embrace our strengths and lament our weaknesses. Second, these guys are skinny but not really fit. Last, SOME of…

I love my iPhone. A few people at the office have had issues with android based phones but stick to it with a passion I've never understood. My iPhone has never given me problems (I'm on Verizon).

Depends on the woman. Sometimes I think I prefer straight hair and then I see someone rockin it in curls.
