How close are you to the weight on your Driver's license? And would you change it when you got under that weight?

Right now mine says I am 35 lbs heavier than I really am. The woman at the bank took a couple looks at my license and then made a comment that I wasn't expecting..she said boy you have changed. I thought she was talking about how short my hair was in the picture and how much longer it is now...NOPE! She said you have lost a lot of weight. Funny thing is, I lied when I got that license and then I got even heavier.

mine says 205 lbs. It said that when I weighed 228 lbs and now that I weight 185(ish) lbs. too much trouble to change it when I am sent the automatic renewal. My pic is still from 1999, with chubby cheeks (compared to now)

I'm currently under what my DL says. HOwever the picture is when I weighed MORE than what my weight says. I'm waiting till I get smaller to go pay and have a new one made.

When i have to show my license I warn them that it looks NOTHING like me to which they are like WOW!!

I am currently 20 pounds LESS than what is listed on my license....but in the picture I am 60 pounds HEAVIER than the listed weight.... They never asked if I needed/wanted to change the weight when I got it renewed, so I didn't bother. I will change it the next time I renew it.

Mine says a weight higher than what I am now. Which is a good reminder to keep my *kitten* together!

I've grown an inch and lost 17lbs. The info is from when I was 19. I don't care to change it.

Hurray! in North Carolina they don't put weight on the driver license.
  • Mine said 190 and of course in all reality everyone hates stating their real weight on them even though no one looks at that!! So I lied and my real weight at that time was about 215 lbs and now I am 186 :) It feels great to have gotten under my drivers license weight and I am not changing it until my license expires.

They don't put weight on New York driver licenses.

Thank goodness. Unfortunately my picture was how much I weighed 60 lbs ago... let me just say, WOW! Lol.

I totally lied and said 175, even though I was in the upper 190's when I renewed.

I am about 10lbs below what my driver's license says ... although ... when I got it, I had literally JUST had my son (about 2 weeks prior) so I weighed more. I think I'm just gonna leave it as is for the time being and keep working to get to 20lbs below!

I hate going to the DMV so I doubt I'd go out of my way to change it unless I absolutely had to for some reason...

But I lied on my license and said I weighed less than what I really did (in the 170s), but now I weigh in the 150-160 range! :D

I've never lived in a state that has weight on a driver's license.

when I got my license 3 years ago I was very underweight and just got out of in patient. I lied and put 130. I am now 190 ish.... I would have changed it when I renewed it, but I had already waited in line at the dmv for 2 1/2 hrs on my birthday... so I didnt change anything. I dont really have a reason to lie on it, dosnt matter really no one sees it.

Mine was 240 and I just got a new one a month ago so I could change it to 180 and get a new picture even though it didn't expire until 2014. Now I've lost 5 more and weigh 175 and once I get to my final goal of 170 I may just do it again. haha..

ha...funny post. I lied about my weight at 16...I was 220 and told the lady to put 200. I had every intention of losing the weight, but of course never did. Since I don't want to deal with the bureaucracy involved with changing it, I never have and its now officially 97 lbs off. I doubt I'll ever change it because of said bureaucracy...
  • NC doesn't require weight for our licenses....thank god.

I don't have a license but I did lie when I got my first Ohio state id card. I told them I weighed 60 pounds less than I really did. When I got my new card last year I didn't bother to change the weight (even though I weighed 30 lbs less) and only had them correct my height because I found out I was an inch taller.

There used to be weight....I remember because I was 118 but they put 128 by accident and I was MAD! It was like that until they took it off altogether!

Yep, no weight in NC. It's kind of silly for them to put it on there anyway, DLs are good for YEARS, it's not likely for most people to stay that same weight for years so why put it on there?

Anyway, the pic on my license is from when I was 9 months pregnant with my first baby, so I was right around 170 lbs and bloated. LOL

Mine has been a lie since day one of being a licensed driver. This last time I renewed I finally made it closer to the truth but it's still a lie. Hell I even lied on my ID for work. Who in their right mind is going to announce their true weight in front of peers?

My drivers license says that I am 161 lbs but, in reality I was 167 lbs. I weigh 136 lbs now. I think I may change it once I reach my final weight goal.
