Today will be day 5 on level 2 for me. It is very challenging but I have a lot more energy. I am now able to keep up with the expert lady, although I am sore again but it feels good. You can do it!!!

I love my zumba on wii. Like you I do not have time to go to the classes, so at home works. Personally I think you get out as much as you put in. I do it 5 days a week for 20 min in the am then kids and I are out the house by 6 am. On weekends I do 45min a day. It is a good idea to check it out first if possible. Also you…
