Question...I was looking over the phase 3 workouts and trying to think of how I could make the best use of time because things in my gym can be pretty spread out depending on what you need. I'm on week 7 and feel very puffy, too, but I do feel like I've lost inches. I got on the scale a couple weeks ago and swore I wouldn't do it again until it's all over!! lol!! It was definitely up, but I know why!! :)

Thank you!! Yeah, there is no possible way I can eat much before I leave!! I feel pretty good during my workouts! :) I'll keep doing what I'm doing and see how things go!

I am in recovery week about to start month 2. I have a BodyMedia Fit armband, and only burned between 330-400 cals during the workouts in the first month. I was a little shocked to discover that!
