C'mon Eileen is a good one .. you can't help but sing along. I also love all 80s music -- plus rap? So if anyone were to listen to the music on my iphone they would think I were crazy. I definitely get the "is she really doing that" looks at stoplights as I dance and sing along ;)

This is what I find myself doing too .. less on weekdays and more on weekends. Specifically Saturdays when I have my bottle of wine at night! ha :p

So true.. I would really like to start doing Zumba. But if I can't find the time to do that maybe I can at least get on my treadmill for a bit a day. .. if I can clean it off from being a coat rack ;) lol

Your doctor should be able to advise you more on this, but I know that generally breastfeeding moms need 300-500 more calories a day than normal. So if MFP suggests you to do 1200 calories a day, you should do maybe 1600 instead. One of my friends is currently BF and this is what she has been doing
