I’ve been a subscriber for well over a year! Not sick of it yet! We have them 5 nights a week and the other two I’ll cook or do takeout. I started subscribing because I got so busy with work that I resorted to a lot of takeout meals for convenience. Also, anytime I cook my husband overeats and Freshly is great for portion…

Thanks for asking this! I’ve always wondered the same for chicken wings.

Have you looked into Freshly? Freshly is a meal delivery where the meals are already cooked and healthy (no preservatives, etc). Just heat and eat! My husband and I have been subscribing for about 6 months and we love them! We originally subscribed for “portion control” because my husband loooooves to eat and it limits his…

First of all, THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE! The best advice here would be to see your doctor. But for me what really helps is exercise. Days that I exercise and am extremely busy I pass out quickly and sleep like a rock. I also second the previous poster’s recommendation of the Calm app’s sleep stories. The refocus of the…

Sorry to hijack your thread (no answer for you)! Was just curious... how do you like Freshly? Filling, taste, etc. Was thinking of trying it. Thanks :)

Thanks Anna! Your post put my mind at ease and really gave me the courage to go get a preg test today (yay negative!). It’s good to hear your positive story as I start this journey!

Glad to have found this thread! I am 47 years old. Like clockwork I always had 30ish day cycles, but in the past year and a half I went as low as 20 and 26 days a few times and as long as 35 about five times. I am very worried because I am now on day 38 and still no period. Only had sex once, with condom, and husband did…

Thank you all! Will provide feedback how it works for her in case someone else needs similar help.

Low BP for me too. Usually 90s/50s. Doctor said that is great as long as I don't have any symptoms. I did however have one dizzy spell. Turns out some supplements can lower your BP. I was taking B-Complex, fish oil, and magnesium. All of which lower BP even further! Watch out for chia seeds too. I've since stopped them…

Thank you both! I've been using her YouTube videos as you suggested the past couple of days until some of those DVDs you recommended arrive. I've been really enjoying it... easy yet a good workout! HAPPY WALKING!

I'm just like you! I really like Jergens Self Tanner. It gradually develops each day so it's not very obvious. And when it's fully developed it doesn't look fake, orange, etc. Walmart's version (and Publix in my area) is just as good. Give it a try! Edited to add - you might want to put it on more than just your legs... do…

Gorgeous. - that is all.:drinker:

Wow. Thank you for sharing your story. Wishing many more blessings to you in your new life!

^^^ THIS!! Helped my husband tremendously! He has degenerative disk disease, herniations, and spinal stenosis. A recent sciatica flare up led us back to capsaicin. Capsaicin helps when his prescribed pain medication does not, believe it or not! He uses Capsaicin HP (high potency). Just be sure to wear latex gloves when…

Thanks for your post! I'm afraid this has been my problem all along.

5'5" Female CW 150 lbs GW 135 - 41 years young ;) I'm trying to NET my BMR... 1400. I just switched from netting 1500 and wasn't losing, so we'll see how somewhere between 1400 and 1500 goes. I eat quite a lot but exercise a lot, so obviously I'm eating my exercise cals back. How does this sound, everyone??

Sorry to hear you are going through this. My husband has the SAME EXACT injury and pain!! He has been on prescribed pain medicine for years and a recently had a flare up of the pain you described. His pain medicine was no longer working. I've been researching anything that might help and was reminded of something he used…

Thank you to each and every one of you. I'm definitely going to research all your suggestions and see what's best suited for me. In good health- Jen

I see it too! Keep doing whatever it is you're doing... it's working!!

Yeah, I had checked out a preview of NROL4W on Amazon and saw it required more equipment. I'll definitely see if I can do modifications with it though. What about any apps? I saw someone posted about Nike Training Club. Keep any more advice coming! Thanks :flowerforyou:

LOL... I just KNEW someone would question my ISH!! I know true heavy is the only way to get results I've seen. Due to my space limitations, for now I'm just looking to start with something more than my dinky 5-lb DVD weights.

A little late here, but thanks for your reply. Great job on your loss! I'm going to up my net to 1500 as well. Hopefully this will fuel my workouts. I've been sometimes netting below my BMR and I know that's not the right thing to do. I will definitely add you :)

I've been stuck at 150 FOR-EVER! Would love to get to 135... heck, I'll even take 140 or 145. How many calories are you all **NETTING**? I'm interested in your NETS only since TDEE varies from person to person. MFP assigned me 1430 NET to lose .5/lb a week. This is slightly above my BMR. So pretty much I eat my BMR plus…

You look great!!! JOB WELL DONE YOU! I just started Level 2 today. This is like the fourth time I've attempted to complete the program. In the past I didn't see any weight loss so I gave up before finishing Level 3. This time around I could care less about the scale. I made sure to take measurements and that's what I'm…

Try Sweetleaf brand stevia. No aftertaste/bitterness at all! I love it!

So good to know!!! Thank you :)

Hi Brandon - I've been keto two months and love it! I have not experienced carb-flu symptoms, sorry I can't offer advice to you on that. I just wanted to say that my husband is your height and started out at your weight and is down to 237 two months later! He probably could have lost quite a bit more as he is not counting…

All of the above... and it's advised by some shirtless 20-something. (I'm so glad I found you people)
