1500!!! 5'4" and 173Lbs. And my activity level is lightly active and I've been losing about 1Lb per week. I keep raising my calories to preserve the muscle I have underneath of the fat. I think I'm good here until I lose some more weight. Some days I don't eat that much though. Other days, I eat a but above it. I decided today that I'll eat closer to 1400 on the weekends since I'm not very active. I do a lot of physical stuff at the warehouse where I work during the week. I come home starving and DEFINITELY need that 1500.

1200. I'm 5'2.75 and 118 lbs. My activity level varies because I'm an actress, and one minute I can be in "Hairspray" where I'm dancing nonstop and another I could be in "Les Mis" where only one number has a little marching haha. So I stick with "lightly active" because I do light cardio 3-5 days a week and am taking baby steps with strength training

I typically NET between 1450-1700. I'm 5'3" and 27 years old. My calories vary every day, but I try to stay between my BMR and TDEE as much as possible to get little deficits here or there. I'm currently 141.4 lbs looking to get to 132 or a little lower by the end of the year, so I'm not that strict with my calories -- I'm looking to keep the weight off once I reach goal so I'm not in any rush to lose fast.

5'5" Female CW 150 lbs GW 135 - 41 years young ;) I'm trying to NET my BMR... 1400. I just switched from netting 1500 and wasn't losing, so we'll see how somewhere between 1400 and 1500 goes. I eat quite a lot but exercise a lot, so obviously I'm eating my exercise cals back. How does this sound, everyone??
