  • Anywhere from 18-22% is a normal healthy range. When you get below 12% you could see some health issues. Some people are just naturally lower in body fat but if you are around 18% that is a lean body in my opinion.

  • watch your sodium, exercise.. walk, stari master (anything that helps pump blood back to your heart), lay on your back with legs straight up against wall for 30 min at night (helps a lot), increase water consumption.

  • If you work out alot... lift weights, you need about 1g per pound of body weight. Your body can not process more that about 30g per meal so tr to stay in that range or the additional protein will be going to waste.
