You reintroduce foods back into your diet and see how they affect you. After doing Whole 30 my sister felt "drunk" when she ate a bagel.

I biked 7 miles today.

Oh, bread...any kind other than stupid sliced sandwich bread that you buy at the grocery store. Cheese bread, beer bread, banana bread, garlic bread.... I love bread.

1. I can no longer blame acting like a b**** on my clinical depression since I naturally have a sunnier disposition. 2. My exercise bike's pedals are squeaking because I use them so much. Very noisy. 3. I don't burn my lovely, expensive scented candles as much anymore because I'm too busy exercising or being outside…

I am in this challenge to find different ways to improve my fitness. I also like having a challenge to defeat, it motivates me and keeps me dedicated.

Hey, Don, I really want to help out mia famiglia, but I can't do lunges (bad knees). Is there an alternative exercise I can do?

This is such a fascinating thread, thank you for sharing your expertise with us. As a mother of a little girl, I'm interested in sharpening these detection skills so that I can talk to her about what she's seeing.

This is a different kind of nice deed. My favorite aunt is overweight and a major diet soda drinker-- that stuff is HORRIBLE for you!!! I'm concerned about her health and want her to be around for a long time, so I've been trying to get her to sample some of my teas while she is currently visiting me. She kept refusing by…

Hi, I'm Katie and I live in Colorful Colorado! I'm a mom to a baby girl who'll have her first birthday in a week (lots of birthday cake coming up, uh-oh), and also four cats. I'm here to get in better shape, become healthier, and lose weight--hopefully at least 6 to 7 pounds in the month of May. I just did the 50 crunches…

Cuties, pistachios, air popped popcorn, or organic Clif Z bars do the trick for me.

Feel free to add me-- I think the more people supporting you, the better! I've lost about 14 pounds and am aiming to lose 86 more.

Oh yeah, baby. We're having a cheesy vegetable quiche for dinner!

Thanks for all your support and ideas. I just finished an hour workout and am happy to report that my junk food cravings are GONE!

Good job on all your walking! I enjoy walking too and aim to take at least one 3-mile-minimum walk each week. I usually exercise at home with my stationary bike and weights, though. I'm glad you friended me so we can go through this journey together.

It sounds like simple-minded jealousy. But congratulations to YOU on your big weight loss and healthy lifestyle! You're doing more for yourself than their compliments can. (Though I totally get wanting admiration.)

I'm totally craving junk food right now and made this for myself Melt together 1 square of dark chocolate and 2 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter. Refrigerate until it solidifies. It's yummy!
-
Thank you all! I do allow myself all those things in great moderation, I just think my hormones are a bit outta whack right now. I just ate some Greek yogurt to curb the sweet craving (Chobani Bite Coffee with Dark Chocolate- it ROCKS and is only 100 calories) and I'm gonna go hop on my stationary bike here in a minute. I…
