I find that on days where i eat a late dinner (which is most nights), I have more energy in the morning - an early dinner = no energy. like the above suggested, try a night-time protein snack? -A

no, me making my food choices and logging what I eat makes him anxious, as it makes him think too much about his food and potential allergies (going through testing for allergies after a bout of sickness etc now)

do you use gloves when lifting weights?? and is it just that the calouses on your hands are softening up? or are you hands acheing and changing the way you hold your sticks due to fatigue?

I'm no expert, but 130 pounds (just under 60kg for those metric playing at home), seems like a healthy weight? why would you want to be any less? also keep in mind this doesn't reflect the body fat vs muscle comparison, perhaps you're losing fat and gaining muscle? do you train hard?

mine is lower since I've started losing weight - I'm putting it down to not having a lot of energy because i'm eating less.. I have more of a drive when I'm on a spike day heh

I find that I use MFP more often - I don't feel guilty about posting things about my eating and fitness habbits on MFP, where as on FB i cop a bit of slack or no support for posting those kind of things... having said that though, I lead soemthing of a double life - half health and fitness, half music obsessed... and MFP…

Yep it is a class :) my favourite class of all it's interesting, i find girls seem to cope better than guys with this class.. hence the curiosity :)

I know EXACTLY what you mean!! I play a lot of team sports (3 nights a week), so unless i actualy can't move, i make myself go not because i want to, but because the otehr peopel are counting on me. if this is the only exercise i get for the 4 or 5 days that i'm on my cycle then that's good enough for me :)

I got picke don a lot, particularly by my grandmother - she's buy me maternity clothes as christmas gifts in an attempt to point out i was fat. I also got calle d"Campbell's Chunky Soup" a lot when i was in highschool

majority of my basic food staples i'll quite happily use homebrand (woolworths) - flour, milk, tuna (5 for $4?! so good..), dried fruit etc.. some things I prefer to get the nicer version - helgas or abbotts bakery for bread, and if i'm going to be naughty and have some sweets i'll get a nicer brand so i feel more…

PerhaPs go see a physio and they can show you ways of strapping your knee to help protect it?? I had similar problems with my ankle.. A good strapping is all it took though :-)
