I have been working on the c25k program. I have been told that you can repeat the weeks until you can proceed. Am I the only one who has had to repeat alot? I have done like week 1 several times. For some reason I can't do the 1.5 min run with out my knee hurting. Is it ok to keep doing week 1 or should I just give up?

do what you can. don't push too hard so you're not in pain. doing week 1 is more then what the bums on the couch are doing!0

Dont give up!
I wonder if there is something you can do about your knees. Are you wearing good running shoes? Have you tried running on softer surface?0 -

PerhaPs go see a physio and they can show you ways of strapping your knee to help protect it?? I had similar problems with my ankle.. A good strapping is all it took though :-)0
