Congratulations and good luck. I look back at my prom pictures and I remember thinking I was fat then and I only wish some day I will look that good again. Keep up the good work and you can do it. Just remember to stick with it even if you get stuck.

I don't have a heart rate monitor yet but I agree with you. Level 2 had sweat pouring the whole way thru every single day. Not really sure what the deal is there.

Hello, My weight for today is 154 lbs and I have done 300 crunches. I will commit to doing an additional 500 crunches for a total of 800 for this week.

If you just started working out give it some time. Don't check the scale as often. Once you get your body into a good workout routine the pounds will start falling off but not right away. You might also start tracking your inches.

I had the exact same thing happen to me. It just took time for it to go away. I started not going as far down on the lunges and trying to change up anything else so that I wasn't using my knees so much.

It looks like to me that you need to be eating more. You might also want to check your Sodium levels because they are not listed in your diary. The 5 week thing is just an estimate. If you ate around the exact same amount of calories everyday and did workouts to equal the same that is where the estimate comes from. I have…

We just traded in our Mercedes for a Toyota Highlander and my hubby drives it the most. He loves that thing more than the Mercedes.

When transiting through sizes like that my Mom bought some pants and shirts at the local goodwill. She would buy the half price items most of the time. She got some really great stuff but she would also buy a few things other places but at the next size down. She has gone from a 20 to a 10 so that is several sizes.
