    Great job! My exercises consist of EA Sports Active for the Wii, in which I normally burn around 130 calories in about 20 minutes. Some days I also do the Leslie Sansone 2-Mile Brisk Walk DVD or 20 minutes on an elliptical. :-)

    I have walked 6-8 miles every day this week and plan to walk 8 with my wife in the morning. Hope you are staying with the program.
