Calories burned, I'm in...... are we on the honor system or will we all need to make our diary visible to keep us honest? I'm fine either way... my stuff is out there for everyone to read as is.
just fill in your exercise and then every sunday fill in your calorie burn. that way its easier for everyone to see. but we will still do a weigh in at the beginning and end to see results. i will start a new post when we start so it will be easier to view.0 -

Due to an injury, I only burned about 750 calories last week. But, Sunday - Saturday, this week, I'll make the 2,000. (I'm at around 600 so far).
