    Calories burned, I'm in...... are we on the honor system or will we all need to make our diary visible to keep us honest? I'm fine either way... my stuff is out there for everyone to read as is.

    just fill in your exercise and then every sunday fill in your calorie burn. that way its easier for everyone to see. but we will still do a weigh in at the beginning and end to see results. i will start a new post when we start so it will be easier to view.

    Hi, just confirming that our challenge starts tomorrow, August 22. We provide you with a starting weight tomorrow and then post the total number of calories burned Monday - Sunday weekly thereafter for 8 weeks (starting Sunday, August 28 and ending Sunday, August 23). Looking forward to it!

    I guess this challenge has died a quick death, but just in case that is not the case, please let me know if there is a new thread.

    Here's my info for the week 1:

    I burned 6606 calories the last 7 days (Monday 8/22 - Sunday/today 8/28).

    Due to an injury, I only burned about 750 calories last week. But, Sunday - Saturday, this week, I'll make the 2,000. (I'm at around 600 so far).

    I lost 0.1 lbs in the first week of this challenge.
