I work out in the morning for this reason. The plus side of my 3:30am workouts is that I have the entire gym to myself!!

I do cardio and then head over to the weight section. I use the machines because the section with free weights is usually packed. Great thing about the machines, is they generally have pictures on them with instructions. Play around until you find what works for you. Trial and error has worked for me.

With you on this one! I weighed in the other day at a fitness challenge and almost cried... apparently my scale decided I was too heavy.... 25 lbs ago.

I started with Salad. Adding delicious things like egg, or grilled chicken, and eventually i started liking Veggies more. Nothing beats a Taco Salad! It feels like you're eating something so much better than vegetables!

I find that when I eat a lot of prepared foods that my sodium is way up there. The more veggies and fruit I eat the better I feel and the lower my sodium intake is.. I know on high sodium days I feel horrible! Play around with what you eat and see what works for you!

My boyfriend. Just because he gets up at 5 and thinks its cute to call to say good morning, doesn't mean I think its cute. And this nasty cold that I've had for two weeks. It can go jump off a cliff!

Saying "Oh I've already ruined my good eating for the day, I'll just eat like crap", is like saying "oh I dropped my cellphone on the ground, I'll just smash it until it breaks". I wouldn't let it bother you. Just fit it in your calories for the day. I go over sometimes and I'm still losing weight! You will do this!

How about waxing? As an esthetician, I don't reccomend depilatory creams. You run the risk of irritation or burning your skin. If you do decide to go this way just be careful. Make sure you follow the directions exactly and keep it as far away from your eyes as possible!

Log in some extra time at the gym! Sometimes after sweating your butt off and seeing how long and hard you have to work to burn those calories off helps you make better decisions! Helps me hugely!
