  • Cold hands & feet are a sign of dehydration - make sure you're drinking plenty of water.

  • Never buy their stuff. Umpqua nonfat frozen yogurt, vanilla. Tastes like the real thing!
  • Weight watchers allows the first two cups of coffee or tea as water. I count those, real water and herbal tea as liquids. I am old-ish and if I don't get at least 8 glasses of fluid a day I do get dehydrated - so, I count! Always try to go over. :drinker:

  • I take it fresh brewed, dark roast & decaf, half& half. Starbucks is the ONLY brand in my neighborhood who provides decaf for the grocery stores. I love my coffee!
