I hate all fruit except grapes n cantelope. I don't even like those that much but I can eat them if I have to0 -
Apricots all day, everyday. Very low cal too!0

This is harder...

But it all depends on the recipe. I wouldn't just eat shallots raw, and I don't stuff my face with kale. But some of my favorite recipes utilize them. Fresh peas from the garden would give anything on my list a run for its money. So would fresh carrots from the garden. At least when you get them at just the right time and they're slightly sweet.
I left off potatoes because that's just not fair.0 -
Plums, peaches, apricot. So yeah, Summer is great, the rest of the year pretty much sucks.0
