Started week 2 today and it was just what I needed! I was starting to get unmotivated over the weekend, and I was going to do week 1 today, since I missed yesterday. But I decided to go for it and do week 2 and I'm back in it! Hoping to stay super motivated this week!:bigsmile:

I think you're my twin! I'm 5'1" and 128. My goal weight is 115 right now. I did 30DS last month and haven't lost any weight yet. Hopefully the end of Ripped I will see some results. Good luck to you!!!

Thanks! That's a good idea. I usually workout barefoot so that might be the problem. Wearing shoes might help!

I started Level 1 yesterday and my ankle is really sore. I remember having ankle problems in level 2 of 30DS. I think it's all the jumping. Makes it really hard to do the cardio... hopefully I can still do the workout tonight!

I've been doing the planks with my hands in a fist rather than on the palms of my hands. It's so much easier on the wrists!

Today was tough! I'm so sore... my ankles and shins are killing me and it makes the cardio a challenge. I definitely feel like I burned more calories today so that's a good thing!

I just started workout 2 tonight. It was hard, and my legs are pretty sore, but I really enjoyed it! I was ready for a new routine. I was starting to get a bit unmotivated, but I'm going to stick with with it even though I'm not really seeing any results yet.

I started a week ago and I'm not sore at all anymore. It does get easier, but I don't think it gets TOO easy because you can just push yourself harder and use heavier weights. I like the workout. It's not super hard and is done in less than 25 minutes! I started a few days earlier and I'm not sore anymore. It's getting easier every day. I'm not giving up yet! Stick with it everyone!
