I make dish of baked steel cut oats every Sunday evening. In the mornings, I dip some out, heat it and add some fruit.

I love the steel cut oats. I make a pot in the oven on Sunday night, and it lasts me through the work week. In the mornings , I just dip some out, add some frozen fruit and nuke it for a minute.

Mine says 120, which I'm sure was a lie back then, and it also says I'm blonde,lol.........

I also have to vote for the coconut oil. I have seen a tremendous difference and use it as a daily moisturizer all over

loooove running in the rain, as long as there is no lightening. The heat has been so brutal here, that I can't wait for the rain to goout running.

this is a little trick I've used before: unbutton the pants, put a rubber band through the button hole and and loop both ends around the button. Voila!! The waistband gives when you sit down or such
