  • I use to feel the same expecially after my first week of P90X... I finally broke down and purchased the Beachbody P90x recovery mix in individual packets. I don't go to the gym without it... far better than the protien mix at the smoothy counter... I have to admit it's full of sugar and if you watching your sugar intake…

  • I lost the 15lbs on the HCG shots... not drops but how is it that you can do cardio 3 times a week when it specifically says absolutely no excerise whatsoever? At the most you can only walk very slowly for 30 min. I was also under the supervison of a Doctor while on the HCG diet. Calorie intake was a strict 500 calories…

  • I forgot to send you my weigh in on Friday. It was recorded as 135 (136lb - 1lb loss) HURRAY! now watch it go up 2 lbs like it usually does... hehe
  • OMG- Here I thought I was the only one that disliked the P90X yoga X... It sucks royal and i even do regular yoga to... I did give up on it but I will start week 5 again and sub it with stretching or kenpo... Thanks for the recommendation on alternatives. :smile:
