Loosing weight is not easy,its a everyday commitment with ups and downs.
The most important thing is to keep going,no matter how tired or discourage we are,we just keep trying.
Its about dicipline ourselfs to do what is right when no one is watching and when we don't feel like it.It's to keep pushing our bodies to go beyond.
I've done a lot of crazy things to lose weight,but at the end I realize that is more than taking off some extra pounds of me,its about taking care of myself making my body stronger and healthier.
Is about making smarter choices with food,and yes,its ok,if once in a while I don't.
I have challenge myself to love me more,to workout because is the right thing to do.Of course I want to lose weight,but I know now that at the end of the road its all about been healthy and enjoying life.
