I had tilapia last night. I season it with garlic, sazon, adobo and black pepper i add 1 tsp of olive oil to a sautee pan. So funny when I was thin I couldnt wear heels at all. Now that im fat all i wear out on dates and stuff is 5" heels .. So backwards huh.. But i love them i feel thinner cause i look taller.. heheheheeheheh....

Totally agree. I work about 6 months out of the office and about 6 months behind a desk. As a nurse we are known to pack on the pounds because of timing issues. Well i find i eat way more when im in the office.. even when i dont bring snacks ill go looking ans grubbing for some... its a sad thing but ur post hits so close…

you can add tuna, also try Gardein brand foods low fat and so tastey, also you can add a veggie burgers.

I usually do egg whites and i add whatever veggies i have in the fridge and low fat or FF cheese. This will keep me full till lunch. But i do 6 small meals a day just keeps me better and i never feel really hungry becvause im eating every 3 hrs.

So glad im not alone.. I am such a sugar junkie. . I do eat sugar as a way to help deal with stress. But i find that if i drink a glass of water and maybe have some fruit the craving is not as bad. I do stack up on low calorie snacks like jello, ff pudding, and yogurt .
